Return Policy

Due to the nature of our items we do not accept returns unless your product is defective or incorrect item(s) was sent. We thoroughly check all items prior to shipping them out to avoid our customers receiving defective item(s). 

In the event that you feel you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately at sew.creative2@yahoo.com with details. Please include photos and all details regarding your order issues. Once we have your information, we will review it and respond to you in a timely manner to get the issue resolved as quickly. 

Refunds/Cancellations
Once your order is placed customer have until 8:00 am the next day to cancel their order. Orders can not be guaranteed cancellation/refund after this time. Cancelled orders are subject to a cancellation fee. This fee covers the payment processing fees that we are charged. As these fees are not refunded to us.

Customers returning defective items will receive either a replacement, a store credit, or a refund. Orders are eligible for refund up to 14 days after the order was received by customer, otherwise store credit or replacement may be issued.

Returns of products in good working order will receive a refund for the price of the item only, not the shipping costs. To receive a full refund for the product price, returns must be shipped within 30 days of purchase and received in new condition with no wear, and all packaging must be included and intact. Returns of opened packages may be accepted but may be subject to a restocking fee or rejected depending on the condition of the items. We reserve the right to reject returned items if they are in a condition that renders them unsalable as a new product.
